Q:Can I change my order?
A: This depends on the Status of your order. If your order is processing then it may be possible to amend the order. If the order is out for delivery nothing can be changed. To change/amend your order please call us on 029 20344527, or email us info@jackiesaree.com (Also see returns policy).

Q: How do I know you have received my return?
A: Unfortunately we cannot confirm when we have received your items. It is recommended that you send items back via recorded delivery, this way you can track your delivery. You can call us on 029 20344527 to confirm arrival of your return.

Q: I’m not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
A: The courier service will leave you a card informing you of an attempted delivery. This card will then instruct you on how to obtain your parcel. Or alternatively you can place a special next day delivery so you are certain you will be in on delivery, it should be noted that this service will cost £12.

Q Where is my order?
A: We aim to deliver orders within 3-4 working days. (Please allow a few more days in busy periods I.e. Eid, Christmas etc.) Unfortunately we can not guarantee a specific delivery date. Once again if a parcel is needed on a specific day it is advised to place an order with the special next day delivery option.
